Specifications of the Honor 7A Leaked
It’s no secret that Honor – a subbrand of Huawei – has been working on a couple of new smartphones. The brand focuses on the budget to mid-range market and is known for its affordable prices. Specifications and pictures of the upcoming Honor 7A smartphone have been leaked via a Chinese telecom operator.
According to the specifications reported by Slashleaks, the Honor A7 will be equipped with a 5.7 inch with wide 18:9 aspect ratio. Unlike most other smartphones released nowadays, this A7’s display will not feature a notch but has regular bezels instead. Screen resolution is equivalent to HD Ready at 1440 x 720 pixels.
The system-on-a-chip is a mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, coupled with three gigabytes of internal memory. The specifications mention a 32 GB capacity option, although it’s unknown if Honor is planning on releasing the Honor 7A with multiple storage options. In terms of camera’s, the smartphone features a dual-camera setup at the back. The main snapper has a 13-megapixel resolution, while the secondary camera will mainly serve for the bokeh effect and has a resolution of 2 megapixels. The battery has a capacity of 3000 mAH.
A picture of the Honor 7A in gold has been published on the internet, and it’s likely that the device will come in more colors when it’s officially unveiled. The device will ship with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
At the moment, it’s still unknown if and when the Honor 7A will be available in the United States or Europe. The price tag is equivalent to 238 USD.
