Huawei P9 Plus Explosion; Another Device Gone Wrong?
Both the iPhone 7 as well as the Note 7 have been explosive stories and now we have something from Huawei as well. This is the case of the Huawei P9 Plus explosion. What is it with smartphone manufacturers and exploding devices? Is this the new bomb now? How hard can it be to make a phone that won’t explode? Companies have been making smartphones for some time now and the exploding incidents have started coming up now. Check out the images here.
The Huawei P9 Plus explosion was a messy scene as you can see from the images. We can also deduce from the images that the Huawei P9 Plus explosion happened when the device was being charged so this can be a battery issue but that has not been confirmed as of right now.
We are not sure what was the cause of the problem, the charger being connected to the device in the pictures could hint to something, though.
The intensity of the Huawei P9 Plus explosion can be imagined from the image and we can clearly see that the bottom panel of the phone, there the charger plugs in is completely blown off from the body of the device. In response to these claims, it seems that the Huawei PR team is deleting these posts.
This is something irresponsible from the companies side and they should do something about it.
The Huawei P9 Plus is a premium flagship device and users expect the best from such devices. It is unfortunate that all the exploding devices that we have covered have been flagship devices, the Note 7, Apple iPhone 7 and now the Huawei P9 Plus explosion.
Samsung has recalled the Note 7 and partners have stopped supporting the device. We have yet to hear more about what Apple is doing about the iPhone 7 and how many devices have been affected.
