RX 480 Water Block

The Radeon RX 480 is the budget kind of GPUs, at least for now, until the GTX 1060 comes out and beats it. The budget GPU from AMD is still great value for money at the price point. We all know that the RX 480 does not overclock that well with the reference air cooler so if you are looking to overclock this GPU you will need an RX 480 water block. Luckily, Aqua Computer has just announced their RX 480 water block.

RX 480 Water Block

This RX 480 water block is not a thing of beauty and it will not suite your PC build but it does get the job done. In this case, it is keeping the RX 480 cool. It is made for that purpose and that purpose alone.

The surface of this RX 480 water block is polished for better surface contact and maximum heat dissipation. They are also easy to install. So that you will not face any issues in the installation process. There are two variants the nickel variant and the copper variant.

Both versions can be ordered in Aqua Computers shop. The price of the RX 480 copper version is 99.90 Euro while the nickel plated version goes for 114.90 Euro. Shipping of the copper variant will start next week. In about two weeks the kryographics RX 480 will be also available as nickel plated variant.

Enthusiasts will be excited that there is a liquid cooling solution for their RX 480 and that they will not have to tinker around with the card and apply a cooler as seen on YouTube. Many people have tried this but many people are inexperienced and not everyone can experiment around with hardware that is worth $200. This is a much better and much easier solution to liquid cooling your RX 480.

Are you going with the copper RX 480 water block or are you going with the nickel one? Are you even going for one at all?
