iOS vs Android: Two Roommates Hospitalized After An Injurious Debate
It was late in the night when two roommates were having a very pleasant time in one of the apartments of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They had bottles of beer in their hands and were gossiping. Then the gossip turned into a serious debate as they began arguing over iPhone and Android. For one iPhone was the champion and for other, Android was matchless.
While they were drinking, they didn’t realize that the free talking had turned into a heated argument. They started attacking each other with words. Arguments and counterarguments was being uttered consistently. But unfortunately, they had forgotten the difference between nice and meaningful discussions and nasty debates. Then emotions prevailed on reason and logic and they became intolerant of respecting difference of view and got violent.
They started firing beer bottles, to advocate perfection of their favorite iPhone or Android, instead of words. One was extraordinarily exasperated perhaps when he stood up to smash a beer bottle across the back of the other man’s head.
Alarm: These are not fictitious sentences, these are expressions for the sad incident that happened in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Local Tulsa station KTUL reported the tragedy.
Both the advocates of Apple and Android are now resting in the hospital. Pray for their recovery. And before even doing that, stop for a moment. Be silent and ponder over the incident. Isn’t the reflection of the whole society’s impatience? Isn’t it teaching us the difference between nice discussions and nasty ones? When you have answered these questions, don’t forget to share the story with your friends.
Here is the takeaway reproduced for you: you can do, be, like, wear and share whatever you want but it shouldn’t be on the cost of what others can do, be, wear and share.
