Oukitel Announces New 10,000 mAh Smartphone
Battery life is a major consideration for anyone looking to buy a new smartphone. It doesn’t matter how nice the screen is or how many apps it can run if the phone dies after a few hours of use. Fortunately, most modern smartphones can last a full day and quick charging features make it easier than ever to keep your device running strong. However, if battery life is your main concern than Oukitel has the perfect phone for you.
In 2015, they launched the K10000 which boasted a massive 10,000 mAh batter which was capable of fully charging three iPhones with 10 percent left over. Oukitel is currently getting ready to launch a successor to the K10000 dubbed the K1000 Pro.
The Pro will feature the same massive battery as its predecessor, but will offer better specs. The Pro’s display is expected to feature the same 5.5-inch screen as the previous model, but will offer a resolution of 1080p. In terms of hardware, it will reportedly the MediaTek’s octa-core 1.5Ghz processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage.
The phone is rumored to launch in June of this year, but that has yet to be confirmed. There are no rumors regarding price, but the original cost $240 if you bought it post-launch or $200 as a preorder. The phone is not going to be for everyone, but if you want something that will last you awhile without having to worry about a charger then the K10000 Pro might be a good bet for you.
