Galaxy Note 8 Renders Will Make You Want To Rethink Your Galaxy S8 Purchase
The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ launched with a ton of fan fair. Everyone is raving about the design, notably the edge to edge, infinite display. The curves and limited bezels make the screen appear to float, most noticeable when you’re taking a photo. Beyond the shift with the new screen is the launch of the Galaxy S8+, which is a larger flagship. It’s a similar choice Apple’s made with the iPhone but didn’t make sense for Samsung. Their larger phone was the Note line of devices, with a 5.7-inch screen for the Note 7. In comparison, the Galaxy S8+ has a whopping 6.2-inch display. The new S8+ makes everyone question if the Note 8 comes back this year.
The Note line has problems with the exploding battery and subsequent recall. Samsung said there would be a Note 8, but how big can a phone get. Is 6.2-inches not enough? The Note 8 renders show an edge to edge display, but with slimmer bezels than the Galaxy S8. Graphic designer Muhsin M. Belaal Auckburaully teamed up with YouTube channel DBS Designing to show us what Samsung could do with the next device.
The Note 8 concept is gorgeous
While most concepts are rooted in a fairy tale land of hopes and dreams, the Note 8 render is close to the official device. At least, what we have seen from rumors. Samsung will likely launch the Note 8 with a similar edge to edge display, with a slightly larger screen. It’ll feature an S-Pen, and focus on power users. The Note line always appealed to the power users with extra large batteries, the S-Pen, and other features.
Hopefully, Samsung will take a cue from these renders. They need to help redeem the Note lineup. The Galaxy S8 phones have outsold previous generations, and help regain trust among consumers. There is still a concern of exploding batteries, with every tech review saying something about he battery.
