SwitchCharge Is A Battery Case For Your Nintendo Switch
The Nintendo Switch is an ingenious hybrid console, where you can play games either docked or on the go. While the console is docked, it’ll charge, and you’ll never have to worry about battery power or lack thereof. When you’re on the go, the Switch can only get 6 hours of gameplay, which is more like 3 hours when your playing games like Zelda. SwitchCharge is a battery case meant to extend your gameplay by 12 hours!
The SwitchCharge case is perfect for when your traveling, want to play while at lunch, or if you take your Switch everywhere like I do. The case is more of a mobile dock, where you slid your Switch into the battery. From there the Switch charges and you can place the case on a table or surface with the built-in kickstand. It’s everything everyone’s been asking for!
SwitchCharge adds 12 hours of battery life to your Nintendo Switch
The biggest grip of the Nintendo Switch is the charging port is placed on the bottom. This prevents you from charging the device and playing it with the controllers removed. You could always charge the Switch and hold it with the controller’s dock. That isn’t always the best option or the most comfortable way to play.
The SwitchChrge isn’t available for purchase, but you can commit to buying the device on Indiegogo. Backing a crowdfunding campaign isn’t always ideal, but the campaign has already raised $156,000. That’s double their $80,000 goal! The extra money shows demand but also provides them with extra money to help the Indiegogo succeed.
