Apple Releases Developers Beta Of 10.12.15
On Tuesday, Apple released the latest version of the Mac OS Sierra developer beta. The beta version 10.12.15 is currently only available through the Mac App Store for registered developers, but a consumer version should launch in a couple of days.
Given that this isn’t a major “point” update, it is likely that this update will only contain bug fixes and minor changes to some of the features released in yesterday’s larger updates. As of right now, Apple has only said that this new update “improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac.”
As per tradition, the tvOS must be connected via USB to a device with iTunes. The Apple Watch must be on the charger and in range of a paired iPhone. The updates for Mac computers and iPhones can be simply downloaded through iTunes.
This smaller update comes on the heels of Monday’s more comprehensive update which brought a range of new features to several Apple products including Nightshift mode for Apple computers and a Find my Airpods feature for the iPhone.
As noted above, this beta is currently only available for developers, but a public version should come out within the next few days though there is no official release date as of right now.
