Thermaltake Presents Wide Core P7 TG Enclosure With Side Panel Wings
Thermaltake has presented its newest enclosure, the Core P7 TG. The case certainly features a very unique and never-before-seen design and has a maximum width of 53 inches. The entire frame is an open enclosure which can be placed on the ground or even mounted on the wall. The side panels of the Core P7 TG which are being referenced as ‘wings’, can be deployed in a number of different angles.
The very impressive width of 53 inches is achieved when the Core P7 TG has its side panels in 180°, but you can also position these wings in other angles such as 45, 90 or even 270 degrees. According to Thermaltake, the main chassis itself excluding the wings can be placed in either a horizontal or vertical position. The front panel of the Thermaltake Core P7 TG consists of hardened glass with a depth of 5 mm.
The case uses a modular design so you’ll have no issues installing components or water cooling solutions in the many different possible setups of the Core P7 TG. Thermaltake is aiming for high-end gamers who want a unique case for their system. The enclosure houses an e-ATX motherboard and CPU coolers up to 180 mm (7.08 inches) can be installed. There’s also room for a total of eight 3.5 and 2.5 drives.
The Thermaltake Wide Core P7 TG should be made available in the coming weeks and has been given a recommended retail price of 300 dollars.
