Next Windows 10 Update Will Allow You To Opt Out Of New Drivers
Windows 10 update 15002 has been leaked on the Internet and it seems that one of the features the Windows 10 update brings is the option to opt out of new driver updates. This update will be made available to Windows Insiders pretty soon, but the rest of the world will have to wait for the Windows 10 Creators Update that will be coming out in April.
Drivers are now coming bundled with games and when you download new games, you get new drivers with them. At least that is the case with the Windows Store games. But often times, these new drivers have issues with them and this can cause users to get pissed because they cannot play their newly downloaded games.
Although no one is really a fan of the Windows Store, if you do happen to use it, this issue should be resolved with the upcoming Windows 10 update. It is possible that you will get drivers from the Windows Store and that is something we will have to wait and see until the update comes out, but it is still a step in the right direction. I think all of us will appreciate if we could update our drivers the old way instead of them being forced onto us for no reason.
What do you think about the Windows 10 update that will allow you to opt out of driver updates?
