You Might Have To Pay For iPhone 8 Wireless Charging Capability
Rumors regarding the iPhone 8 have started to come up and when I say iPhone 8 I mean the model coming out in 2017. As Apple has used the iPhone 6 body yet again with the iPhone 7 even though the company claims that it is a redesign, it is possible that the upcoming iPhone will have a new design.
Other companies have also adapted this three-year cycle so it is no surprise that Apple is also going for this business model when it comes to the iPhone. Some people even pushed the idea of not buying the iPhone 7 and waiting for the iPhone 8 because that would have dramatic changes as compared to what we got with the iPhone 7.
Reports are coming in of the upcoming iPhone 8 supporting wireless charging and looking at where the smartphone world is right now it is about time.
Other companies have already used this technology in flagship phones. Even though Apple would be late to the party it is a feature Apple fans are waiting for.
Apple has been aggressively pursuing wireless charging and it is possible that the next iPhone 8 will have this feature but what we do not know is whether users will get the wireless charger out of the box or if they will have to buy one separately.
It is possible that you will not get the wireless charger with the lower-end models of the iPhone 8 but people who buy the high-end version will get the accessory out of the box. People buying the basic phone might have to spend extra for the luxury of wireless charging and that could be irritating.
It seems like Apple is now focussing less on their core products and looking to sell more of their dongles. With the new MacBook Pro having no ports at all, you can venture a guess whether or not the iPhone 8 will come with the wireless charger.
