Nintendo Switch Price listed At $245 Is Not Real, No Pre-orders
A few hours ago, Nintendo Switch price listed at $245 hit the internet and every publication related to tech pounced on the bandwagon but it seems that it is not the case. The Nintendo Switch price listing may still be up but the site is not taking any pre-orders even if you try to.
Although there is a Nintendo Switch price listing on Gameseek and the price seemed like it was legit, that is not the case. It seems that if you do pre-order the console your money is refunded back to you. On further inquiry, it turns out that it has been the case with all users that have paid for the pre-order. All the users that have paid money in the efforts of pre-ordering the Nintendo Switch have been refunded.
This Nintendo Switch price listing might be accurate but it is not viable provided that the company is not booking pre-orders at this time. This could be a keyword targeting strategy in order to drive traffic to the site but there is no way of knowing why Nintendo Switch Price listing is up there in the first place if no orders are being taken.
The site also claims that the Nintendo Switch will release on the 17th of March 2017. We do not know how the site has stumbled upon this piece of information but I would advise you to take this with a grain of salt as there has been no official announcement regarding Nintendo Switch price and release.
We will tell you more about the listing as we get more information. But for now it is clear that you will not be able to pre-order the Nintendo Switch from this source, at least not right now. What do you think about this Nintendo Switch price listing and pre-order blunder?
