HP AMD AM4 Socket Motherboard Pictured; No Overclocking
Bristol Ridge is headed towards us and it is surprising how quick we are seeing AM4 motherboards coming to OEMs. Here’s an HP AMD AM4 socket motherboard that has been pictured recently. So we get to see what AM4 socket motherboards will look like in the upcoming few weeks. The motherboard that has been pictured here is for upcoming PCs.
As we can see in the picture, the AM4 socket motherboard is built to cost and does not have any extra features which you would be paying more for. For some people, this might be a good thing but others might not appreciate this at all. Depends on what you have planned for your motherboard and PC hardware. AMD is moving towards the square configuration just like Intel and leaving the rectangular design behind.
Because this is a budget oriented AM4 socket motherboard, it does not have mind blowing features but it does come with the following:
- 2 USB 3.0 ports
- 2 USB 2.0 ports
- 2 SATA connectors
- PCIe 3.0 x16 slot
- M.2 A key storage slot
- Memory supports up to 2133Mhz DDR4
- No overclocking
OEMs will most likely be pushing out AM4 socket motherboards before the holidays later this year and we might see desktop motherboards before the end of the year as well. What do you think about this HP AMD AM4 socket motherboard?
