Apple iPhone 7 Will Have A 256 GB Flash Memory Version
Apple has always been very secretive when it comes to their products and that is why there is very little that we know about the upcoming Apple iPhone 7. Although there have been a couple of leaks and some seem more legit than others, we are still not sure what we will be getting with the Apple iPhone 7 and what features the phone will house. Here we have another leak which indicates that the Apple iPhone 7 will be available in a 256 GB model.
We know that Apple has never included memory expansion in their iPhone series. This will most likely apply to the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 as well. It would take a miracle for Apple to put in a micro SD slot so we have stopped wishing for that to happen. So you know that the struggle is real when it comes to iPhone memory. Taking into consideration video size and application space needed with iOS, it would be natural for Apple to offer more storage for future products.
This spreadsheet claims to be for the upcoming Apple iPhone 7. If this is legit then it points towards the fact that there could be a 256 GB version for the Apple iPhone 7. Previously, the base model iPhone had 16 GB memory but it seems that this trend is also going to change now. Base models should have 32 GB memory now. This does seem like the logical move for the company.
In another leak, we saw that the upcoming iPhone will not be the Apple iPhone 7 but the iPhone 6 SE. Although that is possible. We are not sure at the moment. All will be revealed on September 7th at the announcement of the device. The new device will be available for pre-order a few days later and will be hitting the market on 23rd September.
