We expected the upcoming iPhone 7 Plus to come with new features that include hardware upgrade as well but this iPhone 7 Plus Geekbench Score beats our speculation and our expectation at the same time. Although the processor in the iPhone 7 Plus has only two cores, the custom design and superior architecture packs a punch, one that we can see clearly in the iPhone 7 Plus Geekbench score.
When it comes to specifications we see the Apple phablet packs 3 GB of RAM which is a big upgrade from previous generation Apple devices. This is another improvement that will be appreciated by the masses. Apple’s A10 processor will be made on the 16nm FinFET technology, this is the same node we will be seeing in the upcoming Apple Watch 2.
Right know, we know that all the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 models will feature this new and improved A10 SoC. There were doubts about this over the Internet and people had mixed feeling about the SoC but it seems that now we can calm down about it.
Speculations indicate that the upcoming iPhone 7 Plus will have a 3,100 mAH battery. Battery time has always been an issue with Apple devices and this bigger battery could help solve that issue. We will only know the truth of the matter after the device has been launched and we have tested it for ourselves.
The iPhone 7 is rumored to be coming out in September. Only a month left till then. For now, all we can do is wait.
