Intel Kaby Lake Seventh Generation Core Shipment Started
Intel Kaby Lake shipment is going out now. This is the new Intel seventh generation core which will replace Skylake and will be building on top of it and will be offering better architecture features. Intel Kaby Lake seems to be on time and will be coming out this fall. A fall release would be a good step for Intel. Intel has been investing in smaller and smaller processes and looking at the fact that Intel Kaby Lake is coming only a year after Skylake, this investment seems to be paying off. All is well that ends well I guess.
Another reason why Intel Kaby Lake is on time is yields. Yields in Q2 have been better than the company expected and so Intel Kaby Lake is right on track and is set to launch this fall. We recently covered an article that covered Intel’s roadmap and what we can expect from the company in the future in terms of not only chips but other products as well. These products included some mini PCs as well.
