Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1070 Unveiled with Custom PCB, Features 1771 MHz Boost Clock Speed
Asus has added a new edition to their ever-growing GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card lineup. The Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1070 is the fifth card in the range featuring a custom-designed PCB by Asus, and its own dual-fan cooling system.
The graphics card comes equipped with Patented Wing-Blade Fans with 105% more air pressure over the heat sink delivering maximum air flow, while operating at 3X quieter volumes than reference cards. Gamers can also benefit from Asus’ graphics card utility, GPU Tweak II that offers intuitive performance tweaking, as well as XSplit Gamecaster for instant gameplay streaming.
ASUS Dual GeForce GTX 1070 sports a design styling that perfectly matches with their X99-A II motherboards. Further, the Auto-Extreme Technology with Super Alloy Power II components enhance efficiency, as well as ensure premium quality and reliability.
The card features GPU clock speeds of 1582 MHz base and 1771 MHz boost, while 8GB of GDDR5 memory remains at reference 8.0GHz. Power is delivered through a single 8-pin PCIe power connector and display outputs include 3 x DisplayPorts 1.4 and an HDMI 2.0b.
