With Play Anywhere All Upcoming Microsoft Games will Come to PC, Halo 6 Anyone?
Microsft has been making up for their negligence against PC gamers. Now they are making it up to the PC community with the Xbox Play Anywhere feature. At E3 2016 we saw that Microsoft has started releasing games with Xbox Play Anywhere support. Now Microsoft has announced that with Xbox Play Anywhere all upcoming Microsoft games will come to PC.
I do not know about you but I would love to play games that were Xbox exclusives on the PC with a keyboard and mouse. Though Microsoft has already announced that the Xbox One will support keyboard and mouse, playing Xbox games on the PC will be something to look forward to.
I am pretty sure all Xbox One owners that also have a PC will be as excited about this as I am.
If you do not know what Xbox Play Anywhere is then basically if you buy a game for the Xbox One then you will get a free copy for your PC if you have Windows 10 installed. This will save you a lot of money as you will not have to buy the same game for different platforms.
Two games for the price of one so to speak. Or the same game for two different platforms for the price of one. You save money any way you look at it.
According to Microsoft:
“With the Xbox Play Anywhere program, you can buy a game once and play on your Windows 10 PC and Xbox One with shared progress, shared game saves and shared achievements. Every new title published from Microsoft Studios will support Xbox Play Anywhere and will be easily accessible in the Windows Store“.
With this feature, you will be able to play the new Halo game on the PC and that will be something to experience with the mouse and keyboard.
