Watch This VR Enthusiast Proposing to His Girlfriend Using Oculus Rift
Virtual Reality proposals are the talk of the town these days. A VR enthusiast recently proposed to his girlfriend using an Oculus Rift headset.
This is obviously not the first time we are seeing a virtual reality proposal! Back in October 2015, Chandler Murch asked his girlfriend Kelly Tortorice to visit him at Valve Software Corporation under the ruse of testing out a Virtual Reality headset. In reality, Murch was planning on proposing to her which he did and she readily accepted!
Now we have another virtual reality proposal, but this time using an Oculus Rift. The proposal in question begins like a movie trailer, slowly revealing each participant’s face, and finally the guy asking his girlfriend to marry him. It is a cute little proposal that is sure to get you all teary around 6-minute mark.

With this, we now have a total of 3 marriage proposal using virtual reality headsets which are not only unique, but also creative in their own right. Provided the fact that there are still some more virtual reality headsets launching later this year i.e. Playstation VR and DayDream, we can expect to see some more of these virtual reality marriage proposals.
In relevant Oculus Rift news, the company has announced that it is doing away with hardware DRM checks preventing Oculus Rift exclusive video games to be playable on other virtual reality headsets. The company decided to go with it after a workaround from a user that facilitated online piracy of video games. To read up more, head over to the post!
