Kryographics Pascal Water Block for 1080 and 1070 May Pique Your Interest
Aqua Computer has revealed its new Kryographics Pascal Water block. This water block can be used on both GTX 1080 and GTX 1070, as the Founders Edition PCB for both GTX 1080 and 1070 is almost identical, which allows the same block to fit on both cards.
This water block is the first that Aqua Computer calls “Jet plate”, which offers minimum resistance to the flow of the coolant, while having no negative outcome on cooling performance.
This Kryographics Pascal water block covers all the heat generating areas of the GPU, from VRAM to VRMs of the GPU core, which keeps your pascal GPU cool and quite.
Aqua Computers also have two other designs for the Pascal GPUs, one is purely aesthetic while the second one is designed to provide cooling on the rear of the GPU, by actively cooling the components through a direct contact heatpipe, through which the liquid coolant flows so that GPU is actively cooled.
Last week Phanteks revealed its Glacier G1080 water block for GTX 1080 Founders Edition, manufactured from premium materials and in accordance to the high standards of the company.
The Glacier G1080 water block is built from military standard Viton O-rings, rather than standard silicone O-rings, due to their heat resistance, stability and durability.
Aqua Computers recently released its PCIe 3.0 4x card KryoM.2 for minimizing the heat issues for M.2 SSDs. Kryo M.2 features a multi-layered PCB, and the individual layers are interconnected to ensure best heat management.
Kryographics Pascal copper water block will be available for 99.90 Euro, while the nickel plated water block will be available for 114.90 Euro. The passive backplate for the water block will be available for 24.90 Euro
