EVGA L-shaped Power Link for GTX 1080 Revealed At Computex
EVGA seems to be quite active at Computex 2016, as the company unveiled a host of custom GTX 1080 cards and its High Bandwidth SLI bridge. Now they have revealed yet another cool accessory, the EVGA L-shaped Power Link, which aims to ease the cable management.
This accessory allows the user to attach the PCIe power cords on the side of the graphics card rather than on the top, which gives some level of flexibility for open or home theater PCs.
This EVGA L-shaped Power Link is equipped with LED lightning, and has two male 8 PCIe slots on one end and two female slots on the other. This accessory not only allows better and cleaner cable management, but also makes some room for compact chassis and builds.
It seems that this L-shped Power link will only be compatible with EVGA’s GTX 1080 lineup, but the company intends to bring other accessories to the market that will support other video cards as well.
Not only this, EVGA also revealed its GTX 1080 Classified and Hybrid at Computex. The GTX 1080 Classified is an air cooled monster with unprecedented overclocking capabilities. This card features dual 8-pin power connectors and a PCB with 14+3 power phase design.
The overall look of the Classified is similar to EVGA GTX 1070 SC, except there are some minor differences.
The GTX 1080 Hybrid is for those who want nothing more than the coolest temperature for their graphics card, as it features a all in one cooling system and also features same PCB as the FTW edition.
