iPhone 7 Could Actually Keep The 3.5mm Headphone Jack
A new leaked photo has emerged on the internet which showcases a small portion of the internal parts of Iphone 7, and according to the leaked image, the flagship smartphone will have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The component was compared to that of iPhone 6s, which shows obvious similarities and differences that potentially indicate that it’s from a new iPhone model. The source of this leak is unverified so there is a chance that it will be a fake.
Starting last year, rumors have been making rounds on the web that Apple could ditch the typical headphone jack with its iPhone 7 in favor of an all-in-one Lightning connector. So this leaked photo will come as a relief for the iPhone enthusiasts who don’t want to buy new accessories.
Just last week, an alleged iPhone schematic was leaked stating that iPhone 7 Pro will have no headphone jack, and some that Apple will use this space for an extra speaker. The leaked schematic also revealed that iPhone 7 Pro features a few other changes as well, including a dual camera on the back.
Right now, none of these reports are confirmed, and we have no idea that iPhone 7 will have an headphone jack or not.
Do you think that Apple should remove 3.5mm jack to use the space for another feature? Let us know in the comments.
