MasterLiquid Pro By Cooler Master Will Blow Your Mind!
Closed loop coolers have risen in popularity in recent years in the consumer market specially for those who overclock their systems. That being said, Cooler Master has unveiled its MasterLiquid Pro 120 and MasterLiquid 240 coolers with improved designs.
These two coolers are to be the successors of Nepton 120XL and Nepton 240M with improved cooling performance and durability. The most significant change present in these new coolers is the improved pump with dual chambers. Separating critical pump parts in a new chamber and allowing only liquid to pass through them, improves life span of pumps.
Cooler Master claims that they have designed the new pumps using “Silent Driver” technology which will ensure that these pumps don`t make noise.
The manufacturer has also made a change to the water block; now the cooler is sprayed in the middle of the radiator. This design is not new to us as it was previously seen in Nepton 240M.
The most noticeable change made is to the radiator; this time instead of using triangle fins, Cooler Master has used rectangular ones. This leads to better fin and radiator contact and better air flow, but the only down side to it is the surface area these fans cover.
Cooler Master has even made improvements to the fans, with upgraded MasterFan Pro Air Balance 120-mm models.
MasterLiquid Pro 120 is available for $99.9, and MasterLiquid 240 cooler is available for $119.99 .
