Asus 970 Pro Gaming/Aura Motherboard Supports Nvidia SLI, USB 3.1 and M.2
Asus has just unveiled the new 970 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboard, which is touted as the “World’s first 970 AMD gaming board with official NVIDIA® certification.” Based on AMD’s 970+SB950 chipset, the motherboard is compatible with AM3+ FX/Phenom II/Athlon II/Sempron 100 Series processors, along with support for NVIDIA SLI and AMD CrossFireX.
The 970 Pro Gaming/Aura comes with multiple exclusive features to ensure delivery of superior gaming experiences. First, it benefits from Asus’ all-new LED-illumination technology, the Aura RGB, which provides the gaming rig with an endless spectrum of color combinations. For fast and lag-free networking, the board features Intel Gigabit Ethernet as well as Asus-exclusive LANGuard and GameFirst technology.
Other key features of the new motherboard include:

ASUS hasn’t revealed any availability pr pricing details yet but the product has already been spotted listed in Europe with a price set at around €115.
