Dell UltraSharp 30 4K OLED Monitor Announced; First of its Kind
Dell has a large range of monitors that it has been shipping out to the market in the recent years but CES 2016 saw their first OLED monitor in the Dell UltraSharp 30 OLED monitor.
Promising that it brings major usability advantages to the people who work in fields that involve “color-critical environments such as graphic arts and photography,” Dell says that it has a cutting-edge contrast ratio, ultra fast pace and Ultra HD 4K resolution.
The monitor delivers a cutting-edge typical contrast ratio of 400,000:1 that delivers “true black”, coverage of industry color spaces such as AdobeRGB and DCI-P3, brilliantly detailed Ultra HD 4K resolution and an ultra-fast response time of 0.1 ms. It also supports USB Type-C enabling single cable power, video and data connectivity with compatible systems.
Just as the name suggests, it is a 30-inch monitor with quick connectivity solutions through a USB Type-C port. The only problem is the price tag, the the Dell UltraSharp 30 OLED monitor is going to cost you a massive $4,999!
Parallel to this, the company also announced three other monitors namely the Dell UltraSharp InfinityEdge, Dell UltraSharp 24 Wireless monitor and the Dell 23 Wireless monitor. These came alongside announcements for Latitude 13 7000, Latitude 12 7000 and Latitude 11 5000 laptops for the corporate sector.
