AMD AM4 Motherboard Coming in March 2016?
There is a new rumor going around regarding AMD’s AM4 motherboard. According to a new report, AMD is planning to release this powerful platform by March, 2016. There is no way to confirm these reports, so take this news with a grain of salt.
Details came in from a German tech publication and the author claims to have an inside source at a Motherboard manufacturer. The source in question revealed that this AMD board is releasing early. Originally it was planned for Q4 2016.
AMD is yet to say anything regarding such a release plan.
AMD AM4 is going to have DDR4 support, which is specially put in place for the upcoming ZEN CPUs from AMD. Faster memory, but a little expensive compared to DDR3 solutions. However, extra money means extra performance. There are several other features that make this board a must have.
PC users will be happy to get their hands on the AM4 a little early, so they must be wishing this report turns out to be true. We hope so too, but we’ll have to wait till official confirmation.
