Android Marshmallow Update Headed To LG G3 In Mid December
It seems as if LG has decided to make Poland their testing ground for the latest Android firmware before releasing the update for devices all over the world. A few weeks ago, they launched the update for G4 in Poland and now new reports suggest that LG G3 might be getting the same update sometime next month. The update is expected to arrive in Poland between 16th and 18th December.
There are also rumors that given the relatively recent launch of Android 6.0, the update isn’t performing all too well on LG devices and would cause issues on G3. Hopefully, given the one month till the release of update on G3, LG will be able to fix out most if not all of the issues.
G3 may have somewhat lost its charm now but back in the day when LG launched its flagship smartphone, this was certainly one of the top devices in the market and everyone was eager to get their hands on it. The final product didn’t disappoint either and fully lived up to the hype.
This upcoming update is yet another good news for the device as people will now have a reason to get themselves one in the upcoming Black Friday or Christmas sales.
