Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL Now Available for Preorder; Hit the Shelves Starting Nov. 20
Microsoft fans eager to grab the new Lumia series rejoice as both Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are now available for preorder in the U.S. Earlier this morning, AT&T opened preorders for the 5.2-inch Lumia 950 which will set the buyers back by $149.99 under a two-year contract. Plus, the device will hit the store shelves starting Nov. 20.
On the other hand, you can also opt for AT&T’s Next plans should you want to pay for the device in monthly installments. You have to pay $19.97/month for 30 months upon opting for the Next 24 plan; $24.96 for 24 months under the Next 18 plan; or $29.95 for 20 months under the Next 12 plan.
Additionally, if you order the Lumia 950 under the Next plan, AT&T will also allow you to purchase a Surface 3 for $399.99 with a two-year contract. The full retail price of the device without any contract is $599 and is available from a Microsoft Store.
The jumbo sibling Lumia 950 XL is, however, only available unlocked and off-contact direct from Microsoft. The device carries a price tag of $649 and can be availed in black or white hue, along with a free Display Dock that normally costs $99. The Display Dock can be claimed using the Lumia Offers app.
The preordered Lumia 950 XL will start shipping by Nov. 25.
