Xiaomi Mi Band 1S With Heart-Rate Sensor Rumored for November Launch
Chinese electronics manufacturer Xiaomi has been on a role. Last month, they announced an app-controlled scooter and a new 4K TV, which was both surprising (the scooter bit) and awesome.
Now, the firm is rumored to be making a new Xiaomi Mi Band. The whole of China is excited for the November 11 Singles Day sales, and there’s suggestion that an updated iteration of the electronic wearable will be released, called the Xiaomi Mi Band 1s.
There are rumors that this new version will also have a heart rate monitor on the backside. GizChina sources say that the Mi Band 1s is now ready for a launch on Singles Day. It’s expected to cost slightly more than the original, priced at 99 Yuan – 30 Yuan more expensive than the original model.
At 99 Yuan, the band still seems like a really attractive offer. If it follows its predecessor’s footsteps, you can expect a cheap, reliable, and durable wearable – that too with an incredible 30 day battery life.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Xiaomi Mi Band 1s, and other Xiaomi products.
