SteelSeries Announces Rival 100 Gaming Mouse
SteelSeries just launched the Rival 100, an extremely cheap optical gaming mouse that “brings unmatched performance, at an unrivalled price.” Well, the price tag part surely seems to be true considering it costs $39.99 which is a rare thing to see from big companies, such as Razer and SteelSeries.
The mouse was basically designed for eSports functionality with its six ergonomic buttons, PixArt sensor and the RGB color illumination. SteelSeries claims the mouse can offer 40 per cent higher tracking accuracy and movement tracking speeds up to 33 per cent faster than most competitive mice in the market.
The mouse also has customizable RGB lighting, an ambidextrous design with soft touch surfaces, textured side grips and buttons with a life of 30 million clicks.
“We determined early-on that we weren’t going to sacrifice anything when designing the Rival 100. In fact, it was our goal to develop a multi-button gaming mouse, with features and performance beyond any similarly-priced mouse,” said Ehtisham Rabbani, SteelSeries CEO.
Full details of the mouse can be seen on the SteelSeries official page.
