LG Nexus 5X Full Spec-List Leaked Ahead of Google Fall 2015 Event
A press render has leaked just hours before Google’s Marshmallow themed event kicks off, revealing a full list of specifications of the LG made Nexus 5X.
According to the spec-sheet, the LG Nexus 5X will sport a 5.2-inch display with 1080 x 1920 resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 hexa-core SoC, coupled with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and the Adreno 418 GPU.
The smartphone boasts a 12.3MP rear camera featuring large 1.55 micron pixels, f/2.0 aperture lens, IR laser-assisted autofocus, 4K video capture, and a broad-spectrum CRI-90 dual LED flash. The front shooter will feature 5MP resolution and 1.4 micron pixel size with an f/2.2 aperture lens.
Other rumored features such as a fingerprint sensor and Micro USB Type-C are also confirmed. The devices will be the first to run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. For storage options, the handset will come in 16GB and 32GB storage versions only with no storage expansion option.
In terms of dimensions, the Nexus 5X will measure 147.0 x 72.6 x 7.9mm and weigh 136 grams. The pricing details are not revealed, but the handset is expected to start at $379.99.
