Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL Pricing Details Leaked
Rumors regarding the Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL have been making rounds for a while. Among those rumors, a recent report claimed that Redmond’s upcoming flagship smartphones could be priced similarly to the Apple iPhone 6s.
Now, it seems that the report could be accurate, as a Spanish retailer Ecomputer.es has leaked the pricing details for the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL. As per the listing, the dual-SIM variant of the Lumia 950 XL costs 749EUR ($838), while that of the Lumia 950 will set you back 659EUR ($738).
Just as rumored, these prices compare to the iPhone 6s (16GB variant), which carries a price tag in the range of €739-€749 in some European countries – though Apple has yet to announce the iPhone prices in the Spanish market.
Spec-wise, the Lumia flagship duo will feature 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, a 20 MP PureView rear camera, a 5 MP front shooter, and a USB Type-C port for charging.
The Lumia 950 XL is expected to arrive with a 5.7-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC and a 3,300 mAh battery, whereas the 950 is said to feature a 5.2-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 808 chipset and a 3,000 mAh cell.
Microsoft is likely to unveil both the Lumia handsets at its October 6th event in New York City, along with the Surface Pro 4, Xbox One Mini, and the Microsoft Band 2.
