Samsung Galaxy S7 To Come in Two Screen Sizes?
Samsung is rumored to be working on two display sizes for its next Galaxy phone. According to a report from Asia Today, the South Korean electronics giant might be planning to release the Galaxy S7 in two display sizes, one measuring 5.2-inches and the other 5.8-inches.
The report also reveals a few other details about the internal specifications of the upcoming phone. If the source behind these rumors is to be believed, the S7 will sport an Ultra HD display (4K) but it’s unclear if both models will come with this insane resolution.
Talking of Ultra HD display, Sony has recently unveiled Xperia Z5 Premium, which packs a 4K 5.5-inch panel with a stupendous pixel density of about 808 ppi. If the 5.2-inch Galaxy S7 comes with such a resolution, it should output 847 ppi, while the other with 5.8-inch should output 759 ppi.
The report goes on to mention that the Samsung Galaxy S7 should feature 4GB of RAM and that both models will be released at the end of the year.
If the rumors come true, do you think Samsung could explore a bigger screen size for the Galaxy Note 6?
