Alleged iPhone 6s Spotted for the First Time, Said to be Available on September 18th
As the launch date of Apple’s next flagship smartphone is nearing by, we’re getting to hear new leaks and rumors almost every single day. One of such leaks has popped up across the web today, which suggests the upcoming iPhone 6s models will arrive in a brand new color.
Posted on a Chinese social media website, the leaked images show the alleged iPhone 6s in a new pink colour scheme. While we’re not sure about the legitimacy of the photos, they appear to display handsets that at least look like the current iPhone 6, design-wise. However, neither the iPhone 6 nor 6 Plus is available in pink.
According to Chinese site Daliulian, Apple’s 2015 flagship will feature an A9 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 12-megapixel main camera.
The cheapest iPhone 6s version would still come with just 16GB of storage on board, while the site further mentions a Vodafone internal email that says the phone will be available beginning on September 18th.
Both the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are expected to feature the upcoming iOS 9 OS and could be a tad bit thicker than the current iPhone. One of the major features to arrive on the latest iPhone series is the incorporation of the Force Touch technology on their displays.
Apple will most likely unveil the new iPhone 6s models in an event starting September 7th.
