Motorola Accidently Lists Third-Gen Moto G Smartphone, Details Inside
Leaks on websites aren’t uncommon, as often web administrators accidently press the publish button early. We have seen this happen plenty of times at Amazon and other retailer websites. However, an official website slipping-up is rare to see but it has happened.
Motorola accidentally listed the 3rd-generation of Moto G, planned for release in 2015. Motorola is hosting a special ‘Find your Match’ event next Tuesday in the Big Apple. The company is expected to launch its Moto G smartphones during the event, but someone screwed-up and ruined the surprise.
The listing is now removed but not before a reddit user managed to take a screenshot. According to details seen in the image, there are plenty of color options to choose from.
What’s really amazing is that users can choose from 2 front housing colors, 10 rear housing colors and 10 accents. Moreover, the new device will come with 16GB of internal memory, with 2GB of RAM. There will also be an 8GB model on sale.
While these details were posted by Motorola, some other rumored specs suggest that we will see an HD screen of 5-inches, quad core processor, LTE, Android Lollipop, water resistance, IPX7 certification, 13MP rear camera and 5MP selfie camera, microSD card support (up to 32GB), and dual-SIM options.
Price is yet to announced but it’s a very device indeed. We’ll know more about it next Tuesday.
