Some Amazing PlayStation Vita Games Will be Gone Forever
Sony opened up the previously closed PlayStation Vita games to a wider audience in the form of iOS App Store or the Google Play with a massive selection of individual games.
The experiment of running the process on PSN storefront for approval comes to an end today. On the PSN storefront, anyone could become a Vita developer as all they had to do was to publish the developed game on PlayStation Mobile.
These games could be easily played by the owners of a few Sony-approved mobile phones. Sony announced the shut down back in March where the company stated that the experimental service will end ‘after July 15, 2015’ which seems a bit hazy.
The purchasing process will be cut down after 15 July while in-app purchasing and upgrading will stay around a little while longer until September 10. After that, all these games will disappear forever without leaving trail.
Some promising games that have great reviews and user support include ‘Lemmings Touch, Switch Galaxy, Surge, Aqua Kitty and Alien Breed’. These games will disappear from PlayStation Mobile and will be available at the PSN storefront.
The above mentioned games are apparently worth investing in and the good news is they won’t cost you as much as a single AAA game. So I would suggest that you look for these and find out yourself if you want to purchase them.
The service has not yet stopped so I would say get them while you can and I hope you won’t regret your decision. Were you an apt PlayStation Vita user? How do you feel about the shut down? Let us know in the comments section.
