iOS 9 May Be Capable To Foresee Your Taps On iPhone
One small piece of code in iOS 9 is making the optimistic minds believe iPhone may become capable of foreseeing your taps in future.
The small line of code has eventuated in speculations for a very interesting feature coming to iPhone.
“Enhancements to touch events, such as the ability to get access to intermediate touches that may have occurred since the last refresh of the display and touch prediction,” reads the important code nugget.
Intelligent onlookers have interpreted the above given line as a clue that iPhone will soon get the touch prediction feature.
Touch prediction feature will enable the iPhone to load relevant processes, and even graphics and other assets, in advance. This simply means time-saving execution of your commands to the iPhone. This mechanism can usually be seen in websites and browsers.
Apple has not officially commented on this project. But we can self assume the possible applications of such a technology. For an instance, the software may be tasked to do as simple things as differentiating between buttons and blank spaces.
According to our news source, recognizing taps in advance can even enable iPhone “to know your taps so well it will be able to play Angry Birds for you.”
Though the information seem quite concrete, be advised to take it as an unofficial one. And it goes without saying that rumors, leaks, or unofficial interpretations must be taken with a grain of salt.
