R2-D2 Is a Small Refrigerator Which Stores And Serves Drinks
All those traditionally designed refrigerators work good to store eatables and drinks, to keep them safe for eating. But Haier Asia’s newly launched R2-D2 in Japan is not like those; this not only stores drinks (yes, all kinds of drinks) but serves them to you as well.
The robotic refrigerator looks like the Star Wars robot, with all the colorful lights and sounds. When a user wants a glass of cola or beer, he will just need to call R2-D2 with remote. Which, of course, is like a decent kid who knows not to say ‘no’ to any of your commands.
Apparently simple looking box, R2-D2 has all the complex refrigeration inwardly.
Users just need to regard its bally which is not very big. The company has built R2-D2 for delivering beverages, or at most two packets of your favorite salt chips, so it should not be overloaded.
Another measure for safety of R2-D2 mini fridge can be proper examination of its rechargeable batteries. Meaning, the ‘server’ refrigerator should be properly served with its required power. That makes perfect sense.
The product is amazing. It is not known, however, whether we can buy one for TechFrag head office or not. And if that turns out to be possible, what we will have to pay? In less personalized manner, the pricing or availability of R2-D2 has not been publicized by Haier Asia’s AQUA or from its product partner Disney Japan, the news source confirms.
