Popcorn Time Spinoff Website Allows You To Watch Directly From Your Browser
Popcorn Time also known as the ‘Netflix for pirated movies’ which lets you watch torrents was shut down a little time back. But now it is back with a spinoff website called the PopcornInYourBrowser.net.
Last year, Popcorn Time voluntarily shut down its services only after a year when it was met with legal notices for allowing users to watch torrents from a Netflix kind of an edge. However the new website is not the same, it lets you stream videos right from within your web browser.
The team behind this brand announced on Tuesday that everything will be handled directly from the servers of Popcorn Time, which will allow users to stream rather than download. This new website which we believe will be shut down soon enough for its ‘illegal streaming’ nature, has a simple and brand new user interface.
The website is keeping it simple with a search bar that can be used for searching for movies by entering movie titles. With a rather simpler streaming process, once you have selected the video you wish to watch, the torrent behind the site will automatically start buffering it. Afterwards the site will play the movie right from the beginning from inside your browser.
According to Gizmodo, the company that shut down due to legal pressures is now being used by another group of anonymous torrent lovers. When the first server was seized, the company moved to another domain continuing on with similar activities.
It is quite difficult to catch the actual people behind this website since it is of anonymous nature, however it will be shut down eventually. So you might as well use the service as long as it is available. Not that we support pirated content but if you like doing so, now is your chance. You can always watch movies legally.
YTS and Coinado are the two torrenting websites that are currently powering the movie stream at Popcorn in your Browser.
