How to Install Cyanogen OS 12 OTA update on Yu Yureka
Heads up Yu Yureka owners, the Cyanogen team has just released a new Cyanogen OS 12 OTA update for your phones. The update carries a build number YNG1TAS1K0, and brings a lot of bug fixes including the one for widespread issues concerning battery drain and heat issues.
In addition, the new build provides a bunch of power improvements and addresses the security vulnerabilities as well.
The update weighs 644MB over-the-air and can be manually downloaded from Cyanogen’s website. If you’re interested in installing the new OS OTA update on your Yu Yureka, follow the step-by-step guide provided below.

Install Cyanogen OS 12 OTA update on Yu Yureka
Step 1: Download the new Cyanogen OS 12 OTA update from the official download link.
Step 2: Transfer the zip file (without extracting) to the internal storage of of your Yu Yureka.
Step 3: Once you’ve done so, reboot your device in Recovery mode. To do that, switch off the device completely and then press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons together until the phone enters Recovery mode.
Step 4: When you are in Recovery mode, select the Apply update button and then choose from the internal storage option.
Step 5: Then choose the 0/ option (root folder) and browse and select the firmware zip file (cm-tomato-56deeca328-to-00b2e333e8-signed.zip) that you copied earlier to your phone in step 2.
Step 6: After selecting the firmware file, the recovery will start flashing the update. Once the update is installed, you will return to the main screen in Recovery mode.
Step 7: Hit the Reboot system now button and wait until the the reboot process is complete.
