Samsung Galaxy S6 Active Images Leaked!
Almost a year after the Galaxy S5 Active was released, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active images have leaked online. The images look similar to the previously released S5 Active. Compare the both images (the Galaxy S5 Active in featured image and the upcoming S6 Active below) and you might find a lot of similarities.
Something that the latest flagship smartphone in the franchise was missing, waterproof feature, also seems to be included because of the rugged and tightly secured back. Reportedly, it also includes removable battery and a microSD card.
All these features were missing in the latest Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, since a few years Galaxy has been introducing a spinoff series like Note Edge and S5 Active. The S6 Active will, according to the image, have three physical buttons on the front instead of a single home button. This obviously points to the fact that S6 Active will be missing finger scan feature.
Just below the camera and heart sensor at the back, AT&T’s logo is embedded which means it is headed directly to the manufacturing giant. The tank-look-alike seems impenetrable because of the tough, bulky outer look. It will not have the same glass apparel as S6 had.
The S6 Active will have 16 megapixel back camera followed by a 5 MP back camera and its model number will be SM-G920. It will also have a 5.1-inches Quad-HD screen and 3500 mAh battery that has extended from what S6 offered (2600 mAh). It has a 5.0 Android Lollipop powered by Samsung’s own octa-core Exynos processor.
The official release date for Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is unknown for now, however S5 Active was released around the same time so we are guessing it will be announced soon.
