Microsoft Surface Hub to Release in 55 and 84 Inch Sizes this Year
So how big have you imagined Surface to get? How about a 55 inch or 84 inch big Microsoft Surface Hub? That is what the company will be releasing later this year!
As you would already expect, the product is being released primarily for businesses with the aim to power up a modern workplace through Windows Apps, integrated solutions for services, better content sharing with groups, and more importantly features that aid team working like meetings, brainstorming sessions and more.
The price tags are expectedly high, although figures have not been shared yet. Just to give you an idea, 57″ InFocus BigTouch sells at $5000.
Some of the primary features being boasted by the manufacturers are a fluid “responsive and natural inking experience,” simultaneous touch responsive screen with “up to 100 touch points,” obviously a “Windows 10 that is tailored for group use, with ink and touch at its core,” and finally Skype for Business, OneNote and the complete Microsoft Office experience.
Then there are two styluses for each device that will continuously get charged when they are inside their doc. It will also come with NFC connectivity so that users can beam content from other devices to the Microsoft Surface Hub and a dual camera.
Microsoft has confirmed that they will be releasing Microsoft Surface Hub this year, but they have not shared any specific release plans. I think we will be hearing something in the next month or so; since that is the case, we suggest you keep checking back for more.
