How to Change Quick Settings in Galaxy S6
There are a total of 16 Quick Settings on the T-Mobile variant and 19 on the Verizon variant. Thanks to friendly UI and a range of customization options, users can alter the Quick Settings to suit their needs and usage. Following is everything you need about Quick Settings in Galaxy S6:
First things first, you can tap a Quick Setting icon to toggle it on or off which works well with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Airplane Mode. This is not all! You can also tap and hold an icon to access Advanced Settings to adjust your device’s Visibility Timeout, WEP-key, and more.
The best thing, however, is the ability to re-order or swap Quick Settings. To begin, press the ‘Edit’ button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Pressing the ‘Edit’ button will show you all sixteen or nineteen (depending upon your carrier) Quick Settings, allowing you to drag and reorder them according to your convenience. Do note that you can only use ten Quick Settings at any given time! Furthermore, some Quick Settings such as Wi-Fi Hotspot and Teethering are only available to specific variants.
