Lenovo K80 With an Intel Atom Processor Announced for China
A shout out to all Lenovo fans in China, we have some great news for you. Lenovo has announced a new smartphone for your market. We can only hope that this beauty will be released in other markets as well.
The smartphone in question is the K80, and similar to Asus ZenPhone and Xiaomi Mi4 it features a massive 4GB of Ram. I repeat, it comes with 4GB of RAM! I wish more smartphone makers will use the same size.
The device features more decent specs along with an impressive RAM; it comes with 64-Bit Intel Atom processor. The camera stands at 13 Mega Pixels with a 5.5-inch 1080p display.
You’ll get 64GB internal storage space which should be enough to save all your data. As for the battery, there is a 4,000 mAh battery along with Android Lollipop 5.0 using Lenovo custom skin.
In China, the K80 will cost users 1,799 Yuan, or roughly $290.
As I mentioned the K80 is only announced for China for the time being. However, there is a chance it will make to other countries, similar to the way Zenfone 2 is trying to do.
It’s availability in other markets depends on its reception in China, so nothing can be said for sure at the moment. We will have to wait and see how it does in the market, and where its demand stands.
Surely, it wouldn’t be easy for Lenovo K80 to compete with the likes of Mi4 and others.
