A Dual-boot Phone Running Android and Windows 10 Will Be Introduced In June
A highly advanced phone is reportedly in the making which will support simultaneous functionality of Windows 10 and Android operating systems.
The highly revolutionary project, to amalgamate features of two of the best operating systems in one device, is being undertaken by Elephone. Which isn’t a famous smartphone maker at all but isn’t new in the business.
The yet un-named powerful dual-boot phone is likely to arrive in the market in June, reports Neowin. While its variant to support Android only, will reportedly be launched in May.
Both the phones offer excellent features: a splendid display quality on 5.5-inch screen at resolution of 1440 x 2560; 4GB RAM; 32GB ROM; powerful battery which exceeds 3800 mAh; finger print scanner; and this is not end.
As per the processors, the one which will support Android only encases a 64-bit MediaTek octa-core processor. In comparison, a quad-core Intel chipset will be used in the dual-OS version.
Considering the camera, both the phones will offer quality cameras with slight differences. The Android version will come equipped with 21MP Sony IMX 230 shooter. Users of the dual-boot version will be able to take images with a 20.7MP Sony camera.
We may call it just a rumor which seems, however, pretty much true. Especially in context of the images (via Neowin) displayed by at a Hong Kong trade fair by Elephone. The source forecasts that these snaps are possibly of the devices in question.
