Step 1: Install the latest WhatsApp beta.

Step 3: After jailbreaking, download and install the latest beta version of WhatsApp from Cydia.
Step 4: Contact a friend or kinship who has already Voice calling feature activated to make them call on your WhatsApp number. As you will receive the call, the feature will be enabled on your iPhone.
Update: Now you can use the VoIP feature on official version of WhatsApp for iPhone, as the update has been added to App Store. Some of the users might be in the waiting list, but it can be confirmed that iPhone users are now able to make calls using WhatsApp.
