NASA Claims They Could Find Alien Life in 10-20 Years From Now
OK, this one is a really interesting and bold claim from NASA. Check this out, NASA is saying they may be able to find alien life in the next 10 to 20 years. Meaning we can expect some really major discoveries in this regard in the coming years.
NASA’s Chief scientist Ellen Stofan said that human race can expect definitive evidence of a life beyond our planet in 10-20 years. She shared this news with the public during panel held in Washington, D.C.
She further said that NASA knows how and where to look for alien life. They have technology and are on the verge of implementing it. Stofan believes that “we’re definitely on the road.”
NASA has found recent traces of water, an essential part for the development of life, on several distant Exoplanets. Important discoveries are being made that could lead us to finally answering the all important question; “Are we alone?”
If NASA turns out to be right, then the answer to that question could be “no, we aren’t.” NASA isn’t saying we’ll find an actual civilization, but rather minor life forms on planets that can sustain life.
“We are not talking about little green men. We are talking about little microbes.”
For example, researchers have made new discoveries about Mars. They believe that it once was home to an ocean bigger the Earth’s arctic.
The theory is simple, find water and you’ll find life.
Some studies also suggest that a massive frozen ocean can be found in Jupiter’s moon, Ganymede. These finding gave researchers a reason to be optimistic and hope to find something that we have looked for decades.
