Get OnePlus Two for Just $200 In Exchange Of Samsung, HTC Smartphones
You may have heard a lot about OnePlus Two until now. Its specs are known, its design is known, but what was not confirmed was its availability and price. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has perhaps taken the most surprising move as the company announced that its new “flagship killer” OnePlus Two will be available starting from tomorrow.
The company has not only confirmed the smartphone’s availability but has also told about one of the purchasing plans it will be offering to the customers. As we reported earlier, the company will be offering OnePlus Two on the same “invite” basis it used for OnePlus One. But this is not the only option for purchasing the latest flagship. You can also get OnePlus Two for just $200 by trading-in your 2013 flagships from Samsung, HTC and Apple.
The company has not yet released the full list of smartphones that can be traded. However, some sources say that customers will be able to get the latest flagship of OnePlus in exchange of any smartphone of Samsung, HTC, and Apple which was released in 2013 or after that. We believe this would not be the case and the company would only let users trade-in at least the flagship phones of 2013 or 2014 or later.
Another new step the company has taken is that OnePlus Two will be available worldwide and not just in China which was the case with OnePlus One. So no matter where you are in the world, if you own a flagship from Samsung, HTC, and Apple, you can get your hands on OnePlus Two for just $200 after trading-in your current phone.
This is quite an aggressive move from the Chinese manufacturer but increasing competition in Chinese and international market calls for such aggressive marketing. The Chinese companies are looking to dominate the international markets and some of them like Xiaomi are already on their way to accomplish that. With such interesting deals, OnePlus will be able to attract a large portion of market.
OnePlus has high hopes for its next iteration of smartphone — OnePlus Two. The smartphone packs mouth watering specs and features. It runs the company’s own Color OS which offers stock Android-like experience and does not come with any bloatware, as confirmed by the company’s CEO Carl Pei.
OnePlus Two will come with Qualcomm Snapragon 805 / 810, 4GB of RAM, 32 GB of onboard storage, 3100 mAh battery cell, 16 MP main camera and 5 MP front snapper. It would pack a 5.5-inch Quad HD display.
Disclaimer: This is an April Fool’s joke. There’s no such trade-in program announced by OnePlus; in fact, the company has still to unveil its second-gen OnePlus phone.
