Gmail Android App Update Pumps Yahoo, Outlook Support
Do you have multiple email addresses? having difficulty managing them? Well, Gmail Android app has got you covered! And I don’t just mean that they have got all your Gmail accounts covered, I mean all of them whether it is Yahoo or Outlook!
A new update was made to the Gmail Android app recently and Google explained how and what will be changed with it.
However many email addresses you have, today’s improvements to the Gmail app for Android make it easy to manage all your mail from all your accounts (yes, even @yahoo and @outlook) while you’re on the go. Starting today you’ll be able to view all your mail at once, regardless of which account it’s from, using the new “All Inboxes” option. This way you can read and respond to all your messages without having to hop between accounts.
Don’t let just that excite you, there is more. One of the most popular features of Google’s mailing service, threaded conversations, are also going to be made available on all the accounts that you attach.
The search auto-complete feature has also been improved to give you better suggestions now; you get to save files to the Drive with just a single tap, attachment previews will be larger and you will get better animations than before.
Interestingly, there is another update too, this time for the Drive. Primarily it will now give you access to all your Google+ Photos on your Drive.
Your experience across Google should be seamless and consistent. That’s why starting today, the photos and videos you keep in Google+ Photos will also be available in Google Drive.
The process to get things going is simple, “just look for the new Photos menu in Drive for Android, iOS and the web.” This will also let you manage and organize your photos the way you want alongside other types of files.
So what do you say, is Google reaching out to the two things they talk about the most these days i.e. seamless experience and services business usage?
