AT&T HTC One (M7) Owners! Great news, we've received technical approval on Lollipop OS. OTA will start tomorrow. Thank you for your patience

Versi also told that the Lollipop update for One M8 is scheduled for April 6.
So those using M8 on the same network are still supposed to wait. But if the company commits with slated date, that means there is not much delay.
HTC One (M7) which was first released on March 2013 has remained a very popular device in the market because of its captivating look. With this latest Andoid version, the device is going to be upgraded with Android Material Design Motif and ART Runtime compiler, a replacement for Dalvik. In addition Project Volta will be added to ameliorate the battery performance.
Notifications will be displayed even on the locked screen. Settings will be made searchable with utmost convenience. Furthermore, a new page has been added for “recent apps.” These are just few of the improvements which Lollipop is expected to bring, you should be ready for much more.
AT&T has also posted the changelog and update info. According to the Support page, the software will actually rollout as two separate updates, the first being to Android 4.4.2 (software number 6.13.502.3), followed by the jump to Android 5.0.2 (software number 7.23.502.1).
It’s not just HTC which is updating its flagship, LG has already started updating LG G2 on the Verizon network, and is preparing to roll out Android Lollipop to its G3 as well.
